Sizzler is going into the food-truck biz. Here's the menu:



The food will probably be pretty good. (I haven't eaten at a Sizzler in almost a decade.) But food trucks are supposed to be cool, and Sizzler is about as uncool as a restaurant can be. That's probably why they're trying to be stealthy with the "zz" brand name.
